Realized by the team of the project “Erasmus Villages: Job Shadowing in Rural Settings”

This handbook, titled Best Practices in International Youth Mobility, serves as a guide for effectively implementing and managing Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchanges and Training Courses. Developed as part of the Erasmus Villages: Job Shadowing in Rural Settings project, it includes a comprehensive overview of project phases: initiation, planning, implementation, and follow-up. Each phase outlines tasks, tips, and required skills, from conducting needs analyses and finding partners to creating financial plans and managing logistics.

The document also highlights essential EU documents relevant to youth mobility and lists digital cooperative tools for collaboration, creativity, scheduling, virtual meetings, and surveys to support efficient project execution.
