The following music acts will perform at PADs 2025:
Benuz is a multifaceted mexican artist living in Germany for 10 years, with 30 years of experience, who works with different digital and analog media. Since 2019, he has been dedicated to the mixing of different musical styles like Tropical Bass, Electro Cumbia, Latinbeats, Afro Tech, Downtempo, Folktronic, Andestep etc.
Benuz represents a mix of contemporary and ancestral cultures in his music to generate a suitable environment for the daily dance that means this "present".
Alphonsine Koh is a visual artist, DJ, and producer from Singapore. She has been living in Dresden for several years and works as a freelance musician in various productions. She first studied contemporary dance before pursuing further studies in fine arts and education, graduating from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. Today, she works, among other things, on dance and theater productions as well as projects with electronic music. In doing so, she experiments with conventional notions of musical genres and their intersections with other art forms and the controversial ideas of our time.

Vale is a 25-year-old singer-songwriter from Naples, Italy. Their songs range from acoustic fingerstyle indie-folk to gentle dream-pop atmospheres, with some jazzy and bluesy nuances in between. Their love for philosophy and literature and their passion for music merge in their introspective songs, which aim to heal both their younger self and anyone who listens.

froqsta ist DJ, lebt in Dresden und mixt einen einzigartigen Sound-Cocktail aus Hiphop, Afrobeats und brasilianischem Funk – verfeinert mit einer erfrischenden Prise Verspieltheit, um queere und BIPoC-Erfahrungen wie die eigenen zu feiern und zu beflügeln.
Pauken & Trompeten a.k.a. Barbarella and Barrio Katz take you on a journey through time and around the world with their sets, blurring genre boundaries with a mix of organic world-music sounds, driving electronic beats, and subtle disco vibes. The rest is hard to predict: downtempo, cumbia, Brazil, oriental, afro house, indie dance? Pauken & Trompeten is all of this at the same time—in a smooth and absolutely danceable mix. It’s no surprise that Barbarella and Barrio Katz are invited to cumbia parties in Berlin or London as well as to festivals that feature global sounds. Beyond the dancefloor, Pauken & Trompeten stands for a digital label with numerous releases to its name and regularly shares fresh sets from renowned artists through their podcast series 'Mischpauke'.
